The Department of Plant Nutrition, Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, is delighted to announce that the XIII International Symposium “Microelements in agriculture and environment” will be taking place in Kudowa Zdroj, Poland, 21st – 24th June 2016.
The main scientific problems presented at the Symposium:
- Microelements in plant production (arable ground, grassland, horticultural production, forestry);
According to the Symposium tradition the presentations submitted should concern in particular the microelements essential for plant, animal and human.
The applications with specified form of the presentation (oral, poster) and short abstract not exceeding one A4 page (Times New Roman 11pt, single line spacing, 2.5 cm margins) must be submitted by 30th November 2015.
The abstract must conform to the following structure: title in Polish and English, authors, affiliation, email address of the presenting/first author, aim of the work, research methodology, results and conclusions.
Subsequent to the abstract evaluation the editorial board will decide about acceptance and recommended form of the presentation. The works presented at the Symposium will be published in significant journals in the discipline after the positive review and payment of the conference fee.
The Organizing Committee provisionally propose: Journal of Elementology, Environment Protection Engineering and Polish Journal of Environmental Studies. Details regarding the journals finally chosen will be published in Announcement No. 2.
The full conference fee – 310 EUR (1300 PLN).
The cost of participation in the Symposium includes:
- conference materials
- accommodation (3 nights with spa and wellness center), bus transits
- full board
- sightseeing walk
